Purpose

These terms govern the paid teleconsultations offered by the Miséricordias Medical Foundation.

Prices

Consultation prices are given when booking and at the clinic reception. They are expressed in CFA francs (FCFA).

Payment

Payment is made by Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money) to the accounts indicated. You attach a payment proof to your request.

Confirmation

The appointment is confirmed after our team verifies the payment. You then receive the consultation link. Without a validated payment, the appointment is not confirmed.

Cancellation and refund

To cancel, reschedule or request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp at +237 694 62 44 38. Refunds are assessed case by case depending on the reason and timing.
