When you request an appointment or make a donation, we collect: name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), reason for consultation (optional), and the payment proof you submit.
Purpose
This data is used only to arrange your teleconsultation, verify your payment, and send you the consultation link and reminders. Donations are used to confirm your contribution.
Medical confidentiality
Medical confidentiality is respected. Information about your health, including HIV care (UPEC), remains strictly confidential and accessible only to the relevant care staff.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable obligations.
Sharing
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the technical providers required for the service (Supabase hosting, email delivery, internal team notification), strictly to operate the service.
Security
Payment proofs are stored in a private space, accessible only to authorized staff via temporary links.
